Our team came up with the concept: “BC-STV Makes Multiple Happiness” based on the idea that this new system will minimize "wasted votes" and best represent individual voters' voices. Focusing on our target audience, ages 20–30, we created this promotional piece visually and emotionally engaging. Our goal is not only to help the voters to see the fundamental differences between BC-STV and FPTP, but also to encourage voting by bringing a smile to people's faces.
